We had an excellent experience with James! We called Egberts for a second opinion after another HVAC company had previously worked on our system but unfortunately did not properly diagnose or correct the issue after paying them thousands of dollars!!! James was absolutely wonderful. He was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and honest from start to finish. He took the time to really investigate what was going on, explained everything clearly, and identified issues that the previous company had missed. After dealing with the frustration of having the problem not handled correctly the first time, it was such a relief to have someone who truly took the time to get to the bottom of it. We really appreciated James’s attention to detail, honesty, and the care he put into his work. He never made us feel rushed and made sure we understood what was happening with our system. The difference in service was night and day. I would highly recommend Egberts to anyone looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and reliable HVAC company. We are extremely thankful we decided to get a second opinion and especially thankful that James was the technician who came out. Egberts will definitely be our

Told customer that the ductwork is the cause of the drain line backing up. Seems to me that a drain line the goes up hill won’t drain properly. And on top of it explain why the primary float switch is a mile from the primary port. No glue nothing. Talk about some Quality craftsmanship. Couldn’t even recommend a new pad so it’s not hanging off the original pad. Something tells me yall didn’t pull a permit for this job either

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with Lee and Leo from Egbert’s Heating & Cooling. They came out here and spent about two hours in the unit trying to find out what was wrong with it. We had already changed our thermostat, and it turned out there was nothing wrong with the thermostat at all. They found that our compressor is on its last leg and advised us that a new unit will probably be the best route. However, they also gave us the option to put in a hot start, which is basically a Band-Aid at the moment to help the unit run more efficiently. What really stood out was their honesty and willingness to take the time to explain everything clearly. Thank you, Leo and Lee, for your honest honesty and great service.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience with Leo and Lee from Egbert’s HVAC in Lakeland. These two gentlemen were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous from start to finish. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my AC unit, clearly explained what was wrong, and provided honest recommendations without any pressure. I also truly appreciated that they took the time to make sure I received both the senior and military discounts, which meant a lot to me. Their kindness, communication, and genuine care for their customers really stood out. If you’re looking for an HVAC company you can trust, I highly recommend Egbert’s HVAC, and especially Leo and Lee. They go above and beyond to take care of their customers. Thank you both for the outstanding service!

Tristan and Tyler were absolutely amazing throughout the process of getting a whole new ac unit, air handler and duct work to our house. They cleaned up after themselves. They called when they were on their way. Very prompt on their timeframe. They were very professional, polite and very courteous. They did an amazing job with the installation. Very nice young men.I would request for these two any day of the week and twice on sunday. They are very knowledgeable, and they know what they are doing. Very good at their job. The even put up with my husband's demands of a few things that he asked for at the last minute. I HIGLY RECOMMEND them and this company. Good job, and thank you for the well job done. Thank you again to Tristan and Tyler. Once again, you both rock and thank you very, very, very much for all your good work. And all the hard work that you do serving Florida and keeping is cool. Our old system looked really horrible, very bad installation, not sealed. Just downright horrible, we even had to put the filter in the air handler system. What a pain. Now, everything is where it should be. Vent in the house to put the filter in filters in the return vents. These guys were wond
